Brilliant Bellinger leads the way at Cirencester

Darrell Bellinger won the Senior mens race staged at Cirencester Park on Sunday at round four of the Oxford Mail XC league. Darrell lead from start to finish, with Paul Fernandez (Abingdon) finishing 24 seconds behind and Steve Male (V1) OCAC third. In the senior ladies race Sarah Davies (V1) finishes 12th, Martha Lloyd (U20) and Lizzie Berg 19th.
In the U11 girls race Ciara Huxley was 5th and the improving Ellie Millington & Emily Wood finished 11th & 12th, Freddie Sunderland led the boys home in 7th with George King-Thompson in 8th.
Beth Hawtin made in four out of four in the U13 girls competition with Storm Sunderland 5th, Elisha Evans 6th, Beth Mulvany 12th, Mya Walker 15th, & Billie Meadowcroft 20th with one race to go the girls lead Swindon Harriers by 39 points. Nat Jones finished a very creditable 5th in the U13 boys race.
In the U15/U17 girls team competition the girls lead by a massive 117 points from White Horse Harriers the Oxford City  B team are only 12 points behind WHH, Melissa Hawtin & Imogen Kempton have yet to compete in this age group so far this season!
In the U15/U17 boys race Matthieu Marshall was 7th, Ryan Meredith 8th, Ed Nesbitt, 13th & James Cody 23rd.
